  • “Dr. McKinney was very knowledgeable and explained my condition and the treatment options. I had a torn meniscus which caused a great deal of pain. I opted for a series of shots in January/February. My knee improved and I soon resumed normal activities with no pain.”

  • “I have been a patient of Dr. Goss' since 1998. At that time, he was an excellent provider. When I needed to see a specialist this time, I knew that my choice would be Dr. Goss. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor. ”

  • “Considering I was on vacation from NC when my injury occurred, I felt as if he treated me like I was important and was genuinely concerned about what happened. He had an excellent bedside manner each time he saw me in the hospital as well as in his clinic for the follow-up appointment. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to his next client. ”

  • “In January I had a reverse right shoulder replacement surgery done by Dr. Waldrop. I had NO PAIN after the surgery, never had to take any pain medication at any time after surgery. My shoulder is doing great. I am happy with Dr. Waldrop. And his staff. They treated me with respect and were very caring about my well being. Yes, I would and will recommend AOA, to my friend's. ”

  • “Dr. Phillips help me with my planters fasciitis. If you have a doctor, who can stick a horse needle in a patient's sole and still talk with them after the experience. Hang on to them. He also gave me some beneficial stretching exercises which I do daily in the shower; they seem to be working. Dr. Phillips then cleaned out my knee. I'm back on my hands and knees working in the garden. So I guess that one was also a success. Dr. Phillips feeling pretty good about himself was ready for more significant challenges. I appreciated his skipping my hip, and just going straight for my shoulder. My shoulder was more of a problem for me. My shoulder works well these days. I'm not your typical 67 years old patient. I'm a very immature 67 (probably closer to 20), or at least my brain thinks I am. So I will stress the limits of any repair. I'm happy to say I'm able to put in a hard day in the gardens. So I would give your practice a hearty two thumbs up! Thanks to Dr. Phillips. ”
