Tabatha Simon, F.N.P.

As a new resident to Tennessee, Tabatha joined our practice after residing and practicing in South Carolina for more than a decade. She attended Virginia Tech and the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate degrees. Following her initial medical training, she graduated from Walden University with her master's degree as a family nurse practitioner. Her primary focus has included the emergency department, urgent care, and the spine.

Tabatha is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of numerous organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Emergency Nurses
Association, National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses, and more.

Tabatha resides in Kingsport with her husband, Brian, and their two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets, off-roading, and playing volleyball.
