Carol Gracia, D.N.P., A.P.R.N., F.N.P.-B.C.
Carol Gracia began her nursing career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University in 1995. She advanced her education by completing a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida in 2005.
Following several years in primary care, Carol transitioned to rheumatology, first joining a small adult rheumatology practice in Florida. In 2015, she became part of the Pediatric Rheumatology Division at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando, where she developed a passion for caring for children with complex autoimmune conditions.
In 2021, Carol relocated to Memphis to continue her work in pediatric rheumatology at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Committed to advancing clinical practice and patient care, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2024.
Carol brings decades of experience in both adult and pediatric rheumatology and is dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals with rheumatic diseases through evidence-based care and family-centered approaches.
