Dr. Matthew Lamagna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in natural science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. He then completed a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale. Upon finishing his degree, Dr. Lamagna underwent a traditional rotating internship at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan in New York. He committed to an additional year of fellowship training in sports medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Fayetteville.

When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Lamagna enjoys hiking, exercising, and traveling as well as video games, baseball, food, and comic books.

Available to see patients at our Johnson City location, Dr. Lamagna is dedicated to providing patients with exceptional orthopedic care.
